Cancellation within 24 hours: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making the reservation, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Refund for Canceled Trips: If a trip is canceled by TripDwar due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns), a full refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Situations: Once a trip has begun, we cannot offer refunds for early departure or cancellations due to personal reasons.

We understand that plans can change. To help you plan better, here’s our cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of 10%.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip start date: 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

No show or cancellations made on the day of the trip: No refund will be provided.

Please note that refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation.
